Get A Digital Library Card

Digital library cards are for those who live, work, go to school, or own property in Anderson County and do not already have a library card.

Digital library cards allow for the use of the library’s digital resources only. If you already have a library card, you can access the digital resources with your existing card. If you have trouble, please call the Anderson Main Library at (864) 260-4500.

Digital library cards are issued for access to digital resources for 30 days. Within the 30 day timeframe, simply visit any branch to transition to a full library card. Cards are valid for 2 years and must be renewed in person with a picture ID at any Anderson County Library location. If you would prefer to fill out an application and send it by mail, or for additional library card information, please visit the Get a Library Card page.
