Join us each week for a FREE strength training class focused on functional fitness to keep you moving and feeling your best throughout life.
Follow along to live-streamed and recorded sessions with Registered Yoga Teacher and Rural Health and Nutrition Extension Agent, Ellie Lane. All experience levels and ages are welcome, and beginners are strongly encouraged to join!
*A library staff member will be present to help facilitate, however, library staff members are NOT registered instructors.
**All participants must sign a liability waiver before participation.
