It's scarecrow season in Pendleton! Get your Fall on and be a part of the annual scarecrow contest at the Pendleton Fall Festival.
Join us to build your own miniature scarecrow for display during the Fall Festival on October 25. All building and decorating materials will be provided, and scarecrows will be transported to the festival for you.
