Event Details

Foothills Community Health Care's Outreach Team and Mobile Medical Unit will be at the Anderson Main Library signing up new patients and providing community information. 

Meet their new pediatrician and get information about community support services. All necessary paperwork will be provided for insured and uninsured individuals seeking care. 

The Outreach Team will be available to assist patients with filling out their paperwork, and will also assist individuals in obtaining Medicaid/Medicare/Marketplace/SNAP applications and connecting people to any resources they may need.
