Program Description

Event Details

Alex Ryan Thompson, Food Systems and Safety Agent with Clemson Cooperative Extension, will cover the basics of home food preservation. Topics include waterbath and pressure canning, dehydration, freezing, and food fermentation.

All participants are welcome, and no previous food preservation knowledge is required.
