The South Carolina Election Commission is the official site for information on state elections, voter registration, and related operations. For information on voter eligibility and requirements, registering to vote, updating your registration, voting by absentee ballot, and more, visit No Excuse SC.

The deadline for online voter registration in the November 2020 general elections is October 4.

Health Insurance Marketplace/Affordable Care Act

Open enrollment for 2020 coverage is closed. Find more information or enroll at healthcare.gov or by calling 800-318-2596.

Job Assistance

Main Library has two designated computers available for job hunting, resumes, and/or unemployment claims. Additional job assistance and information is available at SCWorks Worklink, and their Anderson Office: 512 Michelin Blvd., Anderson, SC 29625.

Test Proctoring

Test proctoring services are available at:

Clemson University – There is a $40 fee for individuals not affiliated with Clemson. Call (864) 656-6848 or email SDS-L@clemson.edu for details.

Greenville Technical College – There is a $10 fee for non-Greenville Tech students. Call (864) 250-8020 or email DistEdTestCtr@gvltec.edu for details.

Tri-County Technical College – Assessment Center will proctor exams, free of charge.  Please email them at placement@tctc.edu to request the required forms and set up appointments or call 864-646-1300 with questions.
