Seed Library

New for Fall 2020! Check out seeds from the Anderson Main Library, thanks to a partnership with Anderson County Soil & Water Conservation District.

Who can check out seeds?

Anyone with an Anderson County Library card. Don’t have one? Get one today.

How does it work?

Check out up to five packets of seeds at a time. Then, plant them and see what grows! No returns necessary – the seeds and what you grow are yours to keep.

What seeds are available? Currently available at the Anderson Main Library are:

  • Beet
  • Broccoli
  • Brussels sprouts
  • Cabbage
  • Carrot
  • Cauliflower
  • Collard Greens
  • Lettuce
  • Mustard Greens
  • Radish
  • Spinach

Find growing information with Clemson Cooperative Extension’s Home and Garden Information Center.
