Finding Common Ground: A Conversation with Muslim Women About Islam @ Main Library

Greater Anderson Interfaith Network’s Finding Common Ground project aims to build bridges of understanding between residents and visitors within the greater Anderson community. Programs will cover a variety of religions within the Anderson community with a series of programs, films, and conversations.

The first in the series is Finding Common Ground: A Conversation with Muslim Women About Islam.

Join us for a heartfelt panel discussion with local Muslims on common misconceptions about Islam in general and Muslims in particular.  Each panelist will offer her own perspective on a range of topics and then answer questions from the audience. Light refreshments will be served.

This program is sponsored by Islamic Society of Clemson in cooperation with GAIN (Greater Anderson Interfaith Network),  the Anderson County Human Relations Council, and the Anderson County Library.
